Iqbal & Khan Surgical Associates, P.A. accepts all forms of insurance for payment.
Please be advised that all HMO plans require a referral from your primary doctor before you can be seen by any of our surgeons.
Also, some POS plans require a referral as well. If
you have a POS plan, please check with your insurance company to determine whether or not a referral is needed.
